About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform data analysis using tools like PowerBI, SAP WebIntelligence, and Excel
  • Generate standardized and ad-hoc reports and create analytic presentations to support decision-making and strategic initiatives
  • Analyze sales metrics and uncover opportunities using internal and syndicated data, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Research market trends, conduct GAP and competitor analysis, and identify growth, innovation, and competitive opportunities to drive revenue, profitability, and market share
  • Prepare Quarterly Business Reviews, “Top to Top” decks, and other business review materials, including ad-hoc requests
  • Collaborate with leaders to develop business plans, track initiatives, and prepare materials such as sales plans, business reviews, and performance assessments
  • Develop metrics for key initiatives, track channel performance, and provide survey analysis to inform strategies
  • Produce sales materials, manage goal-setting processes, and assist in preparing presentations for business reviews and planning meetings
  • Administer sales incentive plans and ensure performance tracking and reporting align with company standards and supplier partnership expectations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business analytics, business planning and/or equivalent analytics role
  • Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software
  • Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
  • Analytic and Reporting skills
  • Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment
