About the role

  • manage the Breakthru Learning Management System (LMS), including content management, ongoing maintenance, technical troubleshooting, integrations, stakeholder management, and help desk support.
  • consult with stakeholders to identify training needs, curate and implement effective learning solutions in the LMS, and measure the impact of training initiatives on individual and organizational performance.
  • administer BBG’s annual compliance training, managing content and user profiles for both wired and deskless audiences, and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • provide technical production support for meetings and training sessions via Zoom/Teams or in-person.
  • manage the LMS help desk via Outlook, providing high-level service to assist learners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with an LMS, Technical Training and/or Learning & Development
  • Highly proficient as an LMS Administrator (preferably Workday and/or SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Expertise with SCORM, AICC, xAPI, HTML5, and API Integrations.
  • Experience with eLearning authoring tools, preferably Articulate.
  • Ability to communicate technical subject matter in a non-technical and effective manner.
  • Proficient Microsoft Teams skills including virtually producing and facilitating meetings/trainings utilizing breakouts, polls, etc.
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines
  • Utilizes sound judgement, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, team environment
