About the role
- Work with leadership to define the vision, strategy, and success metrics for data and integrations as a core product domain.
- Establish and lead a new product and engineering squad, shaping team structure, ways of working, and delivery practices.
- Work alongside the Global Partnerships Manager to identify, prioritise, and deliver integration products with key construction and workflow platforms (e.g. Procore, Autodesk, Aconex, Workato, Zapier, and similar).
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for data and integration initiatives — from discovery and validation through to delivery, launch, and iteration.
- Partner closely with Engineering to design scalable, API-driven solutions and data architectures that support long-term platform growth.
- Translate complex technical concepts (AI, APIs, data models, integrations) into clear product requirements and customer-focused outcomes.
- Lead discovery to understand customer data needs, integration pain points, and opportunities for automation, reporting, and analytics.
- Define and deliver data products including AI, reporting, dashboards, analytics, and insights that drive customer value and business impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships to ensure alignment and adoption.
- Use data, experimentation, and customer feedback to inform prioritisation, measure success, and continuously improve product outcomes.
- Communicate product direction, trade-offs, and progress clearly to senior stakeholders and the wider business.
- Stay across emerging trends in data platforms, APIs, integrations, and construction technology to inform roadmap and innovation.
Requirements

- Experience delivering integration products or platform capabilities in a SaaS environment.
- Strong 0→1 product thinking with the ability to define and build entirely new product capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and systems thinking skills, particularly in complex technical domains.
- Ability to translate customer and business needs into scalable data and integration solutions.
- Strong prioritisation skills across technical debt, platform foundations, and customer-facing value.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Practical proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., for rapid prototyping, automation, and document creation) to accelerate product lifecycle activities.
- Highly analytical, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
