About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and new brand partners
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement portfolio strategies for new clients
- Guide client through the onboarding process and manage expectations

- Lead the strategy for new client implementation and delivery of modeled expectations

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent, relevant work experience
- 10-13 years in Account Management, Sales, Finance, Product Management, Project Management, Marketing, or credit card portfolio management
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing (preferred)
- 10+ years management experience in a multi-level organization (preferred)
- Strong business and financial acumen within financial services, with the ability to translate complex portfolio data into executive-level recommendations
- Strong communication and presentation skills
