Key responsibilities & impact

Provide governance, oversight, and controlled expansion of internal AI tool
Execute quarterly, risk-based testing program for independent credible challenge
Collaborate with various stakeholders to review AI initiatives and escalate risks
Evaluate controls across the AI lifecycle
Translate regulatory requirements into AI-focused testing procedures
Develop credible challenge documentation and reporting for governance committees
Enhance AI testing frameworks and tools

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED
8+ years of experience in consumer credit, banking, and/or a related field
Bachelor’s Degree in Compliance, Risk, Information Systems, Business or related Field (Preferred)
Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM)
ABA Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP)
IAPP ISO/IEC 42001 Foundation / Lead Implementer
ITCERTS Certified Artificial Intelligence Practitioner (CAIP)
CertNexus Advanced in AI Risk
AAISM Certification
ISACA AI Security Management
ISACA Advanced in AI Audit Certification (AAIA)
ISACA Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP)
IAPP Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
NASBA Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
IIA Project Management Professional (PMP)
8+ years of experience in compliance, audit, technology risk, or AI governance roles
