About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and drive the organization's architectural vision and roadmap for enterprise use-cases in Agentic AI, GenAI, Machine Learning, Data strategies for AI needs
Serve as the technical liaison between business units and IT departments
Establish and enforce architectural best practices and standards
Define the enterprise AI reference architecture including GenAI/Agentic AI patterns, agent frameworks, ML pipelines, data foundations and AI services
Shape AI adoption roadmap balancing innovation with architectural integrity and operational readiness
Align AI initiatives with business capabilities, value streams and enterprise architecture standards
Lead efforts to modernize and streamline legacy architecture
Provide executive-level presentations on architecture initiatives
Lead independent research on upcoming AI technologies, their usage patterns and industry impacts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field of study or equivalent, relevant work experience
12+ years of experience in architecture and IT strategy roles
2+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation projects
1+ years of experience influencing AI-related enterprise directions
AWS Solutions Architect
TOGAF Certification
Cloud Technologies
3+ years of experience in AI-related architecture
