About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • partner with Product, Engineering, Solutions & B2B Marketing teams to create go-to-market strategies for new product and feature launches
  • own product-market positioning, documentation for merchant facing assets, product framework and messaging
  • lead cross-functional efforts to bring new features and products to market
  • develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions in partnership with the B2B Marketing team and key stakeholders
  • conduct market research and gather qualitative feedback to understand retailer product and service evaluation
  • analyze competitive landscape for market segmentation and opportunity sizing
  • collaborate on multi-channel GTM strategies and campaign messaging for new Bread Pay features
  • create compelling content for internal and external audiences

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5+ years product marketing experience in a B2B startup, fintech, or SaaS environment
  • experience in B2B messaging and positioning
  • track record of executing GTM plans to drive product or feature adoption
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or related field of study (preferred)
  • Experience in the retail, e-commerce, or fintech space (preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to build, launch and optimize multi-channel marketing strategies & campaigns
  • Proficiency in analyzing strategy & campaign performance, interpreting KPIs, and translating insights into product and marketing enhancements
  • Proven success coordinating and presenting cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing teams
