About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- partner with Product, Engineering, Solutions & B2B Marketing teams to create go-to-market strategies for new product and feature launches
- own product-market positioning, documentation for merchant facing assets, product framework and messaging
- lead cross-functional efforts to bring new features and products to market
- develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions in partnership with the B2B Marketing team and key stakeholders
- conduct market research and gather qualitative feedback to understand retailer product and service evaluation
- analyze competitive landscape for market segmentation and opportunity sizing
- collaborate on multi-channel GTM strategies and campaign messaging for new Bread Pay features
- create compelling content for internal and external audiences
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years product marketing experience in a B2B startup, fintech, or SaaS environment
- experience in B2B messaging and positioning
- track record of executing GTM plans to drive product or feature adoption
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or related field of study (preferred)
- Experience in the retail, e-commerce, or fintech space (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to build, launch and optimize multi-channel marketing strategies & campaigns
- Proficiency in analyzing strategy & campaign performance, interpreting KPIs, and translating insights into product and marketing enhancements
- Proven success coordinating and presenting cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing teams
