About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • assists in delivering best in class, branded marketing and loyalty strategies across multiple portfolios and channels
  • coordinates execution of marketing strategies
  • develops acquisition or existing cardholder marketing activities that drive strong growth in New Accounts, Accounts Receivable, Credit Sales and Profit
  • oversees the management of program strategy brief execution
  • leads the execution of campaign strategies, partnering with cross-disciplinary teams
  • provides cost and revenue information to ensure alignment on marketing investment decisions
  • assists with campaign performance reporting and monitoring
  • key contributor in developing monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Finance, Project Management, Advertising, Communication, Business Management, or related fields
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Finance, or related field of study or equivalent, relevant work experience (preferred)
  • Experience in building marketing plans and strategies for credit cards/payments
  • Experience in financial services marketing
  • Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns, including strong project management skills
  • Proficient using Microsoft Excel, including formulas, filtering, pivot tables, and lookup functions
