About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Actively collaborate in creating content for various communication platforms (including social media, newsletters, and print materials), taking primary responsibility for producing graphic design assets and scripting/editing institutional, promotional, and explainer videos;
- Implement digital marketing activities such as email marketing campaigns, internal campaigns, social media posts, and website updates;
- Assist in organizing events, managing tasks related to logistics, registrations, and on-site event support;
- Monitor and analyze processes and propose improvements, resolving medium-complexity issues and mentoring more junior team members;
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, using analytics tools to collect relevant data;
- Assist in managing relationships with partners and vendors (print shops, production companies), ensuring quality and timely delivery of services, and help prepare presentations and sales materials for internal and external meetings;
- Keep up with market trends, new video formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and visual languages to suggest improvements to company strategies;
- Maintain organized and accessible archives of campaigns, editable design files, brand assets, and documentation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Social Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Graphic Design, Film, or related field;
- Experience in marketing or content creation/editing;
- Proficiency with Graphic Design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, etc.);
- Proficiency/experience with Video Editing and Motion Graphics tools (e.g., Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, etc.);
- Solid knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing Planning;
- Practical experience in Event Management and Project Management;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (for reports and presentations).
