About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor the operation of the loan protection product (prestamista), ensuring correct processing of routines, adherence to business rules and quality of operational and customer service requests.
  • Monitor workflows, KPIs, pending items, complaints and portfolio movements, identifying failures, risks, inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Handle and follow up on requests from customers, partners, internal channels, agencies and the ombudsman, ensuring resolutions, compliance with deadlines and traceability of actions.
  • Analyze incoming requests, define appropriate actions and engage insurers, partners and internal teams when necessary.
  • Facilitate communication among involved areas, ensuring alignment, follow-up on responses and smooth handling of issues.
  • Contribute to improving the customer experience and operational efficiency by supporting initiatives for standardization, reduction of rework, updating procedures and controls, and evolving the product journey.
  • Prepare controls, follow-ups and management reports, highlighting risks, deviations, critical pending items and the need for escalation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Management Processes, Commercial Management, Insurance Management, Law, Economics, Information Systems or related fields.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Power BI.
  • Knowledge of Outlook and Teams.
  • Experience with SharePoint or document management systems.
  • Experience with productivity and tracking tools such as Planner, Trello, Jira, ClickUp or similar.
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • Knowledge of corporate and operational systems related to insurance, portfolio administration or customer service.
  • Specialization courses, technologist degree or postgraduate studies in Insurance Management, Operations, Customer Service, Processes, Business or related areas.
