About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze and manage the company’s financial processes;
Prepare and monitor KPIs, management reports and financial analyses;
Support financial planning and strategic decision-making;
Identify opportunities to improve and optimize financial processes;
Ensure compliance of processes and internal controls within the area;
Participate in transformation, automation and continuous improvement projects;
Interface with internal departments to ensure the accuracy of financial information;
Support management by producing analyses and studies that contribute to business results.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management or related fields
Postgraduate degree or specialization in finance is a plus
Experience with financial routines and preparation of management analyses
Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI
Knowledge of financial indicators, budgeting and process management
Experience with ERP systems (Protheus is a plus)
Analytical profile, strategic vision and focus on continuous improvement
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across different areas of the company
