About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support and lead monthly management closing routines.
Participate in the preparation and consolidation of forecasts and the annual budget.
Prepare and analyze the Income Statement (P&L), Balance Sheet, and indirect Cash Flow statement.
Identify variances between Actuals, Forecast, and Budget, providing analyses and recommendations.
Support the preparation of results presentations.
Collaborate with business units to understand performance drivers.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, controls, and financial models.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
Previous experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Controllership.
Strong knowledge of Income Statement (P&L), Balance Sheet, and indirect Cash Flow statements.
Experience with month-end close processes, forecasting, and budgeting.
Advanced Excel skills.
Advantage: Experience in Retail.
Advantage: Knowledge of Power BI.
Advantage: Familiarity with AI tools applied to productivity and financial analysis (e.g., Claude, Copilot).
