About the role

  • Verify tax transactions (purchases, sales and services), including validation and taxation of invoices, identifying inconsistencies and directing corrections to the responsible departments.
  • Perform tax registration and parameterization of products, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
  • Carry out the monthly calculation/settlement of PIS/COFINS and withholding taxes (ISS, IRRF, CSRF and INSS), ensuring accuracy and timely compliance.
  • Prepare and validate reconciliations of accounting accounts related to taxes, ensuring integrity of balances.
  • Validate information for accurate submission of ancillary tax obligations (EFD Contribuições and REINF).
  • Ensure registration regularity (tax certificates).
  • Support audits and tax inspections by providing the necessary information and assistance to meet legal requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related fields;
  • Postgraduate degree in finance or equivalent will be considered a plus;
  • Experience in implementing/reviewing projects and processes;
  • Experience with Protheus ERP and Shared Service Centers is a plus;
  • Experience with the full routine of indirect taxes;
  • Experience in filing ancillary tax obligations;
