About the role

  • Operational and Technological Process Audits: Conduct internal audits focused on continuous improvement and the security of processes. Identify failures or inefficiencies in IT and financial processes, with an emphasis on data security and integrity.
  • Risk and Opportunity Analysis: Map risks and propose opportunities to optimize processes, ensuring operational efficiency and minimizing errors and fraud.
  • Strategic and Actionable Reporting: Prepare detailed, clear reports with findings accompanied by practical, implementable recommendations for Braveo leadership. Focus on actions that not only mitigate risks but also promote innovation and process improvement.
  • Monitoring Implementation of Corrective Actions: Oversee the implementation of corrective actions, ensuring they are effective and deliver the expected results.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work with different areas of the company, such as IT, Compliance, and Operations, to ensure all processes are aligned and meet Braveo’s standards of excellence.

Requirements

  • Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting Sciences or related fields. Postgraduate education or specialized courses in Risk Management, Auditing, or Information Technology are a plus.
  • Preferable experience in internal audit and/or internal controls, especially in dynamic e-commerce, retail, and innovation environments.
  • Knowledge of Risk Management: Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, with a focus on operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Familiarity with Data Analysis Tools.
  • Strong Communication: Ability to prepare clear, objective, and strategic reports for different stakeholders.
  • Proactivity and Organization: Analytical and detail-oriented profile, with the ability to manage multiple processes and tasks efficiently.
