About the role

  • Support the project to automate all existing HR BIs, reducing rework and manual update time;
  • Update, maintain and evolve HR dashboards, and develop new dashboards when needed;
  • Support the HR teams across the group's companies, operating at a Brazil level, providing structured data and reliable insights for decision-making;
  • Monitor and analyze key HR metrics such as turnover, headcount, personnel costs, among others;
  • Facilitate dashboard adoption by delivering training and enablement for analysts and internal teams;
  • Act as a technical reference within the team, collaborating on process improvements and turning data into strategy;
  • Navigate growth scenarios driven by M&A, understanding the dynamics and complexity of data integration.

Requirements

  • Practical experience with HR metrics and People Data;
  • Strong experience with BI and information governance;
  • Proficiency in Power BI and automations with Power Query;
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data tools (Power BI, ETL, SQL or equivalents);
  • Ability to train, teach, and support diverse audiences in using dashboards and tools;
  • Collaborative and organized profile, with good communication skills and business acumen.
