About the role
- Manage the commercial team with a focus on delivering results for a portfolio of 50 clients.
- Disseminate commercial best practices, promoting process standardization and a high-performance culture.
- Implement and monitor management routines, KPIs and targets, ensuring the achievement of established results.
- Lead sales planning and ensure execution of the company's commercial strategies.
- Work closely with the team, providing training, feedback and continuous development for supervisors and sales representatives.
- Contribute to increased customer and partner satisfaction, strengthening perceived value across the value chain.
- Encourage integration and communication between departments, collaborating on initiatives that enhance collective performance.
- Be accountable for the financial and operational results of your area, ensuring the profitability of the business.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading commercial teams and managing results.
- Experience in retail, distribution or consumer goods.
- Strong knowledge of commercial planning, KPI analysis and budget management.
- Negotiation, influencing and interpersonal skills across multiple organizational levels.
- Analytical and strategic mindset, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Strong results orientation, resilience and proactivity.
- Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Engineering or related fields).
- Valid driver's license (Category B) and availability to travel.
