About the role
- Coordinate logistics for the Accelerator, including weekly Fellow and Leadership Coach communications, course discussion board threads and management, and managing the site inbox
- Conduct weekly data review for student support interventions and grader playbook trends; assign LC substitutes and share weekly coverage report; serve as Substitute LC as needed
- Coordinate in-person Learning Lab logistics (space, materials, food), support weekly Learning Lab execution and breakout room management, ensure LL decks are accessible, reconcile and publish attendance, and maintain Google Calendar
- Project management of the Jira Accelerator Execution Project and support with weekly Learning Lab observation schedule and observations
- Provide planning, execution, and on-site support for virtual and in-person Fellow recruitment events and partner engagements; execute ad-hoc program-related projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-3 years of administrative experience
- Extraordinary organization skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer service ethic with the ability to proactively anticipate questions and concerns
- Strong critical thinking, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite (Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Forms, Google Sheets, and Gmail)
- Experience in Salesforce, Canva, Jira, Zoom, and Expensify
- Exemplification of Braven’s core values

- Authorized to work in the U.S.
