About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Establish strong and trusted relationships with agency clients
Act as a primary delivery point of contact for clients
Manage client expectations around timelines, deliverables, and scope
Assist the account team and department heads with strategy decks and campaign performance reporting
Act as the day-to-day point of contact for all project related tasks
Be part of, and eventually lead, regular internal and external WIP meetings
Review and QC creative internally before sharing with client
Actively manage Engage’s project management platforms
Work collaboratively with social media teams to oversee content calendars
Assist with new client or strategy onboarding and implementation
Identify and clearly communicate changes to strategies or objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 2+ years’ experience in account management, social media management or digital content production
Proven ability to manage client relationships, present ideas, and manage digital campaigns end-to-end
Deep understanding of all key platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube.
Exceptional copywriting skills and a strong editorial eye for what performs online
Experience with project tools like Asana, Slack, Certinia or similar
An understanding of analytics and using data to inform strategy
Highly organised, collaborative and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Passion for sport is a must – and broad knowledge across codes (cricket, rugby, football etc.) is essential
