About the role
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across multiple business units.
- Build job descriptions, sourcing strategies, and interview processes aligned to each department’s needs.
- Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.
- Proactively source talent using platforms such as LinkedIn and referrals.
- Build and maintain warm pipelines for high-demand roles including: Creative & Production, Social & Marketing, Performance Marketing, Data & Tech.
- Advise hiring managers on market insights, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practice.
- Run effective briefing sessions to deeply understand role requirements and team dynamics.
- Work closely with Resourcing Managers to fulfill staffing requests and ensure compliance.
- Manage Bamboo ATS workflows, reporting, and candidate compliance.
- Produce quarterly recruitment reports and present findings to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 5 years of in-house recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced digital agency environment.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and outbound sourcing/inbound pipeline development.
- Experience partnering with resourcing or project management teams on freelance/contract needs.
- Strong sourcing capabilities with a track record of filling niche or technical roles.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and data-driven recruitment.
