About the role
- Responsible for the strategic, commercial, and cultural leadership of the Organic Performance division
- Champion integration between Organic, Paid, and Commerce divisions
- Work closely with our Heads of product
- Represent Organic Performance on the Executive Leadership Team
- Define and oversee commercial targets
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for Organic Performance
- Capitalise on AI product development
- Ensure the Organic Performance proposition remains market-leading
- Lead and mentor the Heads of Department
- Act as the most senior point of contact on key strategic clients
