About the role
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Source and engage candidates through job boards, social platforms, and referrals.
- Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and provide timely updates to candidates.
- Manage the recruitment process from first contact to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records and candidate pipelines.
- Build strong relationships and a talent pool for future needs.
Requirements
- 5 years of in-house recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-moving or agency environment.
- Proven success hiring for media, marketing, and tech roles such as designers, editors, developers, and analysts.
- Solid understanding of digital, social media, and tech industries.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Experience managing recruitment across global teams and time zones.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (BambooHR preferred).
- Confident negotiation and closing skills.
