About the role

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Source and engage candidates through job boards, social platforms, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and provide timely updates to candidates.

Requirements

  • 5 years of in-house recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-moving or agency environment.
  • Proven success hiring for media, marketing, and tech roles such as designers, editors, developers, and analysts.
  • Solid understanding of digital, social media, and tech industries.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Experience managing recruitment across global teams and time zones.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (BambooHR preferred).
  • Confident negotiation and closing skills.
