Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related fields)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of BPM/process improvement; Lean Six Sigma; operational and organizational transformation; operational efficiency leadership; corporate transformation initiatives
Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC)
Knowledge of metrics and end-to-end (E2E) performance
Knowledge of Lean Management
Knowledge of Lean Office
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (required)
