About the role

  • Support the development, monitoring and evaluation of the company’s strategic indicators, ensuring consistency and anticipating risks;
  • Prepare presentations and executive reports for the Board of Directors;
  • Prepare and maintain performance reports such as corporate scorecards and dashboards;
  • Develop and automate routines and processes, reducing effort and operational risks to improve the area’s efficiency;
  • Monitor quarterly actions aligned with strategic objectives together with area executives;
  • Participate in the preparation of strategic planning, building scenarios, assessing trends and generating insights, and taking part in workshops with the Board;
  • Contribute to the governance of indicators and processes, including routines related to Variable Compensation for Executives (RVA).

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Experience in Strategy, Controllership, Projects or Management Information.
  • Background in Strategy, Market Intelligence, Projects, Controllership or Management Information.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong command of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience working with corporate indicators.
  • Strong analytical skills, critical perspective on data and attention to detail.
  • Experience interacting with executives and building clear narratives.
  • Preferred: Experience with process automation (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Query, VBA/macros, Python or similar tools).
  • Ability to structure processes and drive continuous improvement.
