  • Responsible for leading attraction and selection processes aligned with the organization’s culture, competencies and strategic challenges, ensuring a positive candidate experience consistent with the employer brand.
  • Also supports onboarding, integration and internal mobility programs, promoting practices that strengthen culture and enable career development within the company.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related fields.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in recruitment and selection, including handling processes for leadership positions.
  • Knowledge of headhunting techniques, market mapping and talent pool management.
  • Familiarity with recruitment indicators and metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, early turnover).
  • Experience with digital attraction and selection platforms (ATS).
