About the role
- Responsible for preparing reports for the Ombudsman Office and internal stakeholder teams.
- Structure data for building and tracking KPIs and result dashboards to monitor operational performance.
- Develop and monitor real-time KPI dashboards to support leadership.
- Analyze and diagnose complaints received by the Ombudsman Office.
- Recommend improvements and corrective actions based on complaints received and follow up on the action plan.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel/VBA).
- Experience with databases (SQL/Access) and Power BI.
