About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the development of the Longevity and Decumulation theme at Brasilprev through the planning of actions and technical and regulatory initiatives, communication, market positioning and culture in line with the defined pillars of activity.
- Among the activities the professional will monitor, support and develop according to the responsibilities assigned to the position are the development of product solutions, communication cadence strategy, relationship strategy and definition of positioning so that it is customer-centered, competitive against competitors, profitable for Brasilprev, aligned with corporate strategies and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- The candidate is expected to have a critical and analytical mindset, be customer-focused, be committed to studying trends and innovations, and be dedicated to developing and deepening the longevity culture and pension product solutions for older customers.
- Main responsibilities:
- - Develop and produce digital assets aimed at customer communication
- - Maintain the communication cadence using marketing tools and Service Cloud (Salesforce)
- - Create and update content for communication channels
- - Analyze results related to the area's content and activities
- - Organize and structure the information necessary for initiative planning
- - Liaise with various departments across the company to align solutions and define the initiatives proposed and developed by the areas
- - Support the area's operational activities (positioning, culture, events, media content, testing, journey validations, communications, etc.)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Preferred degree in: Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communications
- Certifications that can be a differential: Project Management, Agile Methods, Salesforce
- Other advantages: Postgraduate degree, English proficiency, experience with communications, customer relationship journeys, digital journeys, longevity culture, knowledge of pension products.
