About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support to client HR departments, focusing on operational routines for corporate (legal entity) plans, including contract management, billing flows, payment of redemptions, portability processes and benefit administration.
Requires knowledge of the corporate (PJ) segment, an operational mindset and strong client relationship skills to ensure efficiency, compliance and high quality in service delivery.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Management, Economics or related fields.
Experience in operational routines and serving corporate clients (PJ), preferably in the pension/retirement sector.
Knowledge of corporate plans, including contract management, billing, redemptions, portability and benefit administration.
Experience supporting HR departments, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with demand/project management and process organization.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
