About the role

  • Contribute to and manage activities, plans, methods, indicators and interconnected procedures used to ensure efficiency and the control of risks.
  • Monitor and guide company areas in the development of action plans to improve the effectiveness of controls.
  • Implement programs to promote a controls culture with the goal of strengthening the topic across the company.
  • Perform tests on controls designed by the first line to assess their effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or Law.
  • Techniques for monitoring, control and follow-up.
  • Knowledge of standards, procedures, methods and the methodology of risk management and internal controls.
  • Knowledge of data analysis (Analytics, data science).
  • Knowledge of insurance/banking legislation, process analysis, risk and internal controls.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the Private Pension, Insurance and/or Financial Institution segment regarding legislation, operations and products.
