About the role

  • Handle requests on the Huggy platform;
  • Respond to customer requests related to contract cancellations;
  • Manage ombudsman/customer relations inquiries (compliments, suggestions, and complaints);
  • Measure customer satisfaction and forward improvement suggestions based on customer complaints;
  • Conduct post-sale follow-up and work on retention of the client portfolio.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience is preferred;
  • Basic computer and internet skills;
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
