About the role
- Handle requests on the Huggy platform;
- Respond to customer requests related to contract cancellations;
- Manage ombudsman/customer relations inquiries (compliments, suggestions, and complaints);
- Measure customer satisfaction and forward improvement suggestions based on customer complaints;
- Conduct post-sale follow-up and work on retention of the client portfolio.
Requirements
- Customer service experience is preferred;
- Basic computer and internet skills;
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
