About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define corporate technical standards and minimum infrastructure requirements, establishing reference architectures aligned with high availability levels (e.g., Tier III);

  • Structure and maintain the corporate infrastructure performance indicator (KPI) framework;
  • Use market benchmarking to set targets for efficiency, power density, physical occupancy and operational resilience;
  • Evaluate technology trends, management tools (DCIM) and new architectural models that reduce TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) and extend asset life;
  • Act as an innovation driver, balancing technological maturity, operational risk and financial return;
  • Conduct medium- and long-term capacity planning, anticipating bottlenecks and saturation points before they reach critical levels (e.g., above 93% load);
  • Support decisions on expansion, reinforcement or load redistribution based on technical data and growth projections.
