About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Channel Strategy: Develop and implement the Trade Marketing plan for the different sales channels (Company-Owned Stores, Field Sales, B2B and Partnerships).
  • POS Management: Plan and coordinate the merchandising kit, storefront and window signage and displays, ensuring standardization and brand consistency for Brasil TecPar.
  • Incentive Campaigns: Develop incentive mechanics for the sales force and partner channels, focusing on increasing market share.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs such as sell-out, ROI of trade activities, material deployment/activation and in-store traffic.
  • Launches and Events: Coordinate opening activities for new units and local brand activation events.
  • Supplier Management: Select and manage trade agencies, print vendors and promotional/POS suppliers, ensuring quality and cost optimization.
  • Commercial Interface: Act as a strategic partner to commercial managers to identify regional growth opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience: Solid experience in Trade Marketing, preferably in the Telecom, Retail or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sectors.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to analyze market and sales data to propose solutions that deliver immediate results.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and oversee national/regional implementation schedules.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or related fields. Postgraduate degree/MBA is a plus.
  • Availability to Travel: Required for technical visits and to support initiatives across different Brasil TecPar units.
