About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor logistics indicators through specialized reporting systems, analyze anomalies, and propose corrective actions to keep processes operating in line with established indicators and targets
Analyze inventory items and define parameters for conducting inventory counts, entering parameter data into the system to evaluate count results and identify discrepancies
Control movement and storage flows, monitoring the process from goods receipt to product dispatch using daily spreadsheets, and recommend process improvements to correct deviations and enhance production
Manage control of stored products by analyzing volume versus sales in the system to ensure there are no issues affecting the production line
Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with management systems (ERP, CRM) for data extraction and analysis
Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts), Power BI, Tableau, or other Business Intelligence (BI) tools
Working knowledge of applied statistics for data interpretation
Familiarity with governance policies and best practices for recordkeeping
Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and propose solutions
Strong organizational skills to manage routines and deadlines
Experience in data analysis and Google Workspace tools [Drive, Gmail, Chat, Google Sheets, Docs, Calendar]
Results management (indicators extracted from Voalle and SAP)
Knowledge of Power BI, Excel, SQL and Python
Creation of operational monitoring panels, reports, dashboards, and presentations with insights
