About the role

  • Conduct active outbound prospecting via WhatsApp, email, phone and social media
  • Conduct discovery diagnostics to identify pain points and opportunities
  • Qualify leads according to the ICP (ideal customer profile) and the sales cycle
  • Build relationships with multiple stakeholders (managers, directors and technical teams)
  • Develop strategic, personalized outreach cadences
  • Maintain and manage CRM (Salesforce) daily
  • Monitor pipeline and conversion metrics
  • Collaborate with the sales team on target accounts
  • Apply prospecting and sales methodologies
  • Participate in alignment meetings, training and operational rituals
  • Maintain high performance with autonomy, organization and a results-oriented focus

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B/B2W prospecting and/or consultative sales
  • Experience in sales or pre-sales of complex services (Telecommunications, IT)
  • Strong command of structured outbound routines and consultative communication techniques
  • Strong communication skills: clarity, active listening, persuasion and adaptability
  • Organized with efficient management of pipeline, CRM and metrics
  • Autonomy and consistent drive to work toward targets and maintain self-performance
  • Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a remote model
  • High school diploma required (college degree preferred)
