About the role

  • Strategically manage a portfolio of B2B corporate clients with a large number of active sites and high operational complexity;
  • Lead the post-sales strategy to ensure retention, reduce churn, drive contract expansion, and increase customer satisfaction;
  • Coordinate and oversee deployment, improvement, and expansion projects for Telecom and Connectivity services;
  • Conduct executive-level client meetings (QBRs, follow-up committees, KPI presentations, SLA reviews, and action plans);
  • Act as the primary liaison between strategic clients and internal teams (Operations, Engineering, Support, Sales, PMO, and Finance);
  • Lead, develop, and monitor teams responsible for account management and post-sales support;
  • Define, monitor, and report performance indicators (KPIs), operational targets, and area results;
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and process improvements, with business acumen and a results-oriented approach;
  • Ensure governance, demand prioritization, critical incident management, and decision-making in high-pressure scenarios;
  • Prepare management reports and executive presentations for company leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Telecommunications, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • Proven experience in B2B post-sales, corporate account management, and Telecom operations;
  • Demonstrated experience managing teams, leading multidisciplinary groups, and stakeholder management;
  • Strong project management background with expertise in best practices (PMI, ITIL, Agile, etc.);
  • Solid knowledge of IT and Telecom (networks, connectivity, infrastructure, SLAs, OTs [operational technologies], and critical operations);
  • Experience conducting executive meetings and managing strategic indicators;
  • Preferred: Intermediate to advanced English; experience in Telecom companies, ISPs, infrastructure providers, or mission-critical B2B services; certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Scrum, Customer Success, or similar.
