About the role
- Assist post-sales analysts in executing department activities, ensuring speed and quality in service activations;
- Forward and route post-sales requests to the responsible teams;
- Populate and maintain up-to-date spreadsheets and operational controls for CAES activities;
- Interact with departments involved in the delivery and activation processes;
- Collaborate with technical and activation teams to ensure deadlines and SLAs are met;
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure deadlines and information related to activations;
- Schedule, monitor and manage activations with clients, maintaining clear communication about status and timelines.
Requirements
- Computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office suite and Google tools)
- Good verbal and written communication
- Proactivity and dynamism
- Completed high school or currently pursuing higher education
- Organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfort with operational routines and standardized processes
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
