About the role

  • Manage a portfolio of corporate B2B clients, handling post-sales activities and ongoing relationship management;
  • Oversee implementation, improvement and service expansion projects for Telecom and Connectivity services;
  • Participate in client meetings to review metrics, SLAs, work orders and service performance (QBRs);
  • Serve as the interface between clients and internal teams (Operations, Engineering, Support, Sales and PMO);
  • Monitor and drive demand management processes, ensuring deadlines and alignment across teams;
  • Support the resolution of operational issues and follow up on action plans;
  • Prepare management reports and track operational performance indicators.

Requirements

  • University degree completed or in progress (preferred);
  • Experience in project management or project monitoring;
  • Knowledge of IT and Telecom (networks, connectivity, infrastructure, SLAs);
  • Experience in client meetings and monitoring indicators (KPIs);
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent demands.
  • **Preferred qualifications**
  • Experience in a corporate Telecom, ISP or connectivity environment;
  • Certifications or knowledge in ITIL, PMP, Scrum or Customer Success.
  • **Behavioral competencies**
  • Consultative profile with clear and professional communication;
  • Sense of responsibility and results orientation;
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple demands;
