About the role

  • Coordinate the development and support team focused on Salesforce applications;
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions, following development best practices, security and governance;
  • Provide technical support to the team, acting as a reference for system architecture and integrations;
  • Collaborate with business areas and product teams to understand requirements and define viable technical solutions;
  • Manage the backlog, prioritize requests and monitor area KPIs;
  • Ensure the stable operation of applications and lead critical incidents related to Salesforce;
  • Contribute to the definition and evolution of the DevOps pipeline (experience with Flosum is desirable).

Requirements

  • Proven experience in development on the Salesforce platform, including use of Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC);
  • Proficiency with Salesforce declarative tools such as Flow, Experience Cloud and Lightning App Builder;
  • Experience developing REST APIs in Apex;
  • Knowledge of API security, especially with API Gateway and STS (Security Token Service);
  • Good understanding of API architecture and design best practices;
  • Previous experience in technical leadership or coordination of development teams.
  • Preferred / Nice-to-have
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, Architect);
  • Experience with Flosum, Git or other DevOps tools for Salesforce;
  • Knowledge of other languages or platforms that integrate with Salesforce;
  • Experience on agile projects (Scrum / Kanban / SAFe).
