About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Map the market, prospect new strategic opportunities, qualify leads, and structure complex commercial proposals
Support the sales journey from initial market intelligence through negotiation, closing, and handover of new clients to operations
Participate in lead qualification and initial meetings
Populate, update, and organize the sales funnel
Provide organizational and logistical support in managing RFPs, contract drafts, and legal workflows
Track and record interactions with potential clients
Organize data, materials, and information collected during the sales phase

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be enrolled as an active student at an educational institution (IES) with at least one year of enrollment remaining
Have mandatory (required) courses still to complete (elective courses do not qualify)
Be available to intern 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 18:00
Reside in Brazil for the entire duration of the internship
English reading and comprehension skills sufficient to navigate tools, documentation, and case studies, and to interact within Monks' global ecosystem
