About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a diverse engineering squad of professionals;
Provide continuous feedback, guidance and support to the team, helping them overcome obstacles and improve their skills;
Plan and coordinate the distribution of tasks and responsibilities among squad members, ensuring everyone understands their assignments and deadlines;
Monitor the progress of tasks and projects, adjusting allocations and priorities as needed to keep schedules on track;
Ensure all relevant information is communicated clearly between the client and the team, including project requirements, feedback, deadlines, and any scope changes;
Team Management: Hold team meetings to align tasks, discuss progress and resolve impediments;
Project Planning and Prioritization: Define priorities and allocate resources according to project goals and deadlines;
Project Tracking: Monitor project progress, ensuring they remain on schedule and within budget;
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients and other departments to align expectations and provide status updates;
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical and operational issues that may arise during project execution;
Team Development: Provide ongoing feedback, identify training needs and support the professional development of team members;
Continuous Improvement: Review and optimize internal processes to increase the team’s efficiency and quality of work.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience planning, organizing and managing projects;
Ability to manage schedules, resources and deliverables to ensure successful project completion;
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean);
Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Trello;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences;
Skilled in preparing clear and concise reports and presentations;
Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and stakeholders.
