About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement the editorial calendar and content strategies for social media;
  • Structure and write briefs, copy, and creative scripts always aligned with the client's tone of voice and values;
  • Create clear, detailed, and inspiring briefs to guide the design team;
  • Actively monitor platforms (TikTok, Instagram, X/Twitter, etc.) for trends and hot topics to propose opportunistic (real-time) content and activations;
  • Perform technical, grammatical, and brand-alignment reviews, ensuring the final quality of own deliverables and materials produced by peers;
  • Map, select, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators who align with the brand fit;
  • Oversee the full influencer journey, from briefing and script approvals to posting and results collection;
  • Work in constant synergy with operations to ensure agile workflows and project delivery.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in Social Media Management and Content Creation;
  • Excellent writing skills and strong command of grammar;
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategies into visual and written briefs for creative teams;
  • Experience in mapping, curating, contacting, and day-to-day management of influencers;
  • Heavy internet user, highly tuned into major digital trends and pop culture;
  • Strong communication skills to give and receive constructive feedback among peers;
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with excellent time and priority management.
