About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a CRM Analyst on an Insider project for a major e-commerce market player;
Develop and implement the client's CRM communication strategy;
Operate the Insider CRM platform using Email, Push, SMS and WhatsApp channels;
Create and adjust responsive HTML email templates;
Create and maintain segments and mailing lists for sends based on data available in the CRM platform;
Create and schedule one-off Email, Push, SMS and WhatsApp sends;
Create and maintain automated communication workflows/journeys/flows;
Measure campaign results and analyze KPIs;
Provide strategic support to the client to identify areas that can be adjusted and improved.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience operating CRM platforms, preferably Insider;
Experience with HTML for emails;
Knowledge of Google Analytics;
Familiarity with Google tools (Sheets, Slides and Docs);
Experience analyzing CRM campaign results: able to analyze operational KPIs such as delivery, open and click rates, as well as financial results such as conversion rate and goal attainment;
Experience with Inbound campaigns and communication journeys (automated Email, SMS, Push, WhatsApp flows);
Experience with the Insider platform;
Knowledge of a programming language;
Fluent or advanced English (able to read, write, speak and listen);
Certifications in CRM platforms.
