Senior Social Media & Influencer Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement the editorial calendar and content strategies for social media;
- Structure and write briefs, copy and creative scripts always aligned with the client's tone of voice and values;
- Create clear, detailed and inspiring briefings to guide the design team;
- Actively monitor platforms (TikTok, Instagram, X/Twitter, etc.) for trends and trending topics to propose opportunity-driven content and real-time activations;
- Perform technical, grammatical and brand-appropriateness reviews, ensuring the final quality of in-house deliverables and materials produced by peers;
- Map, select and manage relationships with influencers and content creators aligned with the brand fit;
- Oversee the full influencer journey, from briefing and script approvals to posting and results collection;
- Work in constant synergy with operations to ensure agile workflows and timely project delivery.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in Social Media Management and Content Creation;
- Excellent writing skills and strong command of grammar;
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategies into visual and written briefings for creative teams;
- Experience in mapping, curating, contacting and day-to-day management of influencers;
- Heavy internet user, highly attuned to major digital trends and pop culture;
- Strong communication skills to give and receive constructive feedback among peers;
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with excellent time and priority management.
- Differential:
- Experience in the Real Estate or Construction industry.
