About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build internal tools, connectors, and AI agents that automate critical Media and Operations workflows;
Design RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems and automations while ensuring data security and privacy;
Rapidly turn business pain points into testable interfaces to validate value before scaling;
Connect siloed tools via APIs to create unified workflows;
Serve as a technical reference, demonstrating that complex problems can be solved through software and AI.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong Software Engineering: Proficiency in Python (focused on backend and data), good version control practices (Git), and independence in debugging;
Fluency with LLMs and Frameworks: Hands-on experience integrating APIs (OpenAI, Vertex AI, Anthropic) and using orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex;
Full-Stack Web Development: Ability to build robust REST APIs (FastAPI/Flask) and functional interfaces for MVPs (Streamlit or basic React);
Applied Data Engineering: Skill with Pandas, SQL (BigQuery), and building lightweight ETL pipelines to feed AI systems;
Cloud & Deployment: Experience shipping projects to production using GCP (Cloud Functions, Cloud Run) or AWS;
Agent Architecture: Ability to design flows where AI performs actions (Tool Calling) rather than just conversing.
Nice-to-haves:
Google Apps Script: Ability to natively automate the Google Workspace ecosystem (Sheets, Slides);
Modern Front-end: Knowledge of React.js or Next.js for polishing internal tools;
Vector Databases: Experience implementing vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.);
AdTech & Marketing APIs: Familiarity with media platform APIs (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics);
Low-code Automation: Familiarity with Make (Integromat), Zapier, or n8n for quick integrations.
