About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for all areas of the company;
- Partner with leadership to support profile definition, attraction strategy and hiring decisions;
- Perform strategic sourcing (hunting) and maintain active talent pipelines;
- Monitor team metrics and turn data into actionable insights;
- Present recruitment results and analyses with strategic insight and critical analysis;
- Build and strengthen partnerships with universities, student projects and academic initiatives;
- Represent the company at events and employer branding activities;
- Actively participate in continuous improvement projects within the Talent area.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience structuring and managing talent pools, applying data and automation to achieve scalability and predictability;
- Experience defining, tracking and analyzing recruitment KPIs;
- Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks;
- Experience conducting end-to-end recruitment processes, including profile alignment, active sourcing and pipeline management;
- Consultative approach with leadership, focusing on requirement definition, attraction strategy and decision-support;
- Expertise negotiating with hiring teams, aligning expectations and ensuring positions are filled within expected SLAs;
- Experience or involvement in employer branding initiatives and university partnerships;
- Practical knowledge of ATS and recruitment tools such as Gupy, Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter;
- Has recruited for digital marketing roles, especially within agency environments;
- Has experience working with universities and internship programs;
- Uses Artificial Intelligence to increase productivity and intelligence in recruitment.
