About the role
- Lead the strategy and execution of creatives (advertising assets, visual content, motion graphics, and campaigns) with a focus on performance, delivery quality, and alignment with the needs of internal and external clients;
- Develop a creatives roadmap aligned with business goals;
- Receive, prepare, translate, and convert briefs into clear deliverables for the creative team (designers, copywriters, and motion designers);
- Review and prioritize the creatives backlog;
- Prioritize and organize requests according to impact, urgency, and the team's capacity;
- Coordinate, validate, plan, and monitor A/B tests; analyze results and recommend optimizations and action plans;
- Manage SLAs, deadlines, budgets, and relationships with vendors/agencies;
- Track delivery status and resolve blockers;
- Liaise and align with stakeholders on new requests and priorities;
- Present results and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership;
- Communicate status, results, and next steps to internal clients;
- Analyze asset performance and monitor KPIs;
- Train and enable teams in the use of processes, templates, and demand management tools; ensure the development and monitoring of the people you lead.
Requirements
- Previous experience in product management, growth (paid media), creative management, or related roles, with proven performance;
- Consistent experience supporting internal and/or external stakeholders;
- Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Looker, etc.);
- Hands-on knowledge of creative tools: Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), After Effects;
- Experience with experimentation and A/B testing to optimize ad creatives;
- Excellent verbal and written communication; experience presenting to executive audiences;
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence decision-making;
- People management and development experience.
