About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Control and analyze commercial activities implemented in the market, including the budget.
- Update and maintain tracking/monitoring spreadsheets.
- Provide support to product management, channel teams, and the sales force.
- Plan and organize field research routes.
- Conduct meetings with the commercial team and other departments as needed.
- Calculate and provide sales targets and commercial incentives to improve execution.
- Send performance data to Market Intelligence for commission and incentive payments.
- Control and review execution processes and strategies in partnership with the responsible committee.
- Maintain and update systems managed by the department.
- Conduct studies as directed by the manager.
- Participate in strategic projects for the area.
- Perform other related activities at the manager's discretion.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed (Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or Engineering).
- Minimum 6 months of experience in the area.
