About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Control and analyze commercial activities implemented in the market, including the budget.
Update and maintain tracking/monitoring spreadsheets.
Provide support to product management, channel teams, and the sales force.
Plan and organize field research routes.
Conduct meetings with the commercial team and other departments as needed.
Calculate and provide sales targets and commercial incentives to improve execution.
Send performance data to Market Intelligence for commission and incentive payments.
Control and review execution processes and strategies in partnership with the responsible committee.
Maintain and update systems managed by the department.
Conduct studies as directed by the manager.
Participate in strategic projects for the area.
Perform other related activities at the manager's discretion.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed (Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or Engineering).
Minimum 6 months of experience in the area.
