About the role
- Support and assist with audits;
- Support training activities for the Apprentice and PWD (people with disabilities) programs;
- Evaluate proposals and contract training services;
- Update indicator/KPI spreadsheets;
- Update the training schedule;
- Create and revise documents, SOPs and HR process flows;
- Conduct and support the "Vem Ser Brasal" onboarding training;
- Request office supplies;
- Training logistics (room reservations, beverages and snacks);
- Enter trainings into the system;
- Request and follow up on training contracts with the procurement team;
- Organize electronic training document files;
- Support activities for Human Development programs;
- Manage the online training platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Business Administration, Psychology, HR Management or related fields;
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
- Previous experience in training and audits is desirable.
