About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support to the Product Development department.
- Organize and maintain technical data sheets up to date.
- Prepare, correct and control documents related to product development.
- Monitor development schedules and deadlines with the areas involved.
- Manage shipment, receipt and tracking of domestic and imported samples.
- Register and update products in internal systems.
- Verify packaging information, artworks, technical specifications and materials.
- Support the preparation of presentations, reports and development meetings.
- Keep area controls and indicators (KPIs) updated.
- Interface with suppliers, internal teams and external partners to follow up on requests.
- Support product homologation and approval processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing or completed higher education in fields such as Fashion, Product Design, Business Administration, International Trade, or Production Engineering.
- Intermediate English.
- Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with development of imported products is a plus.
- Knowledge of import processes.
- Experience in retail, fashion, cosmetics or consumer goods companies.
- Previous experience in administrative areas, product development, purchasing, sourcing or supply chain.
- Knowledge of cosmetics regulations and/or labeling.
- Knowledge of textile materials, fabric composition and production processes (for the Textile category).
