About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create visual assets for emails (banners, templates, modules) consistent with Guava's brand guidelines
Design creative assets for WhatsApp campaigns and automated flows (images, carousels, catalogs)
Build and edit email templates directly in Klaviyo
Support the creation of creative variations for A/B tests (CTA, layout, visual hierarchy)
Ensure visual consistency across campaigns, flows, and brand identity
Adapt assets for different formats and devices
Collaborate with the CRM team to organize the campaign calendar and delivery deadlines
Keep up with design trends for email and WhatsApp marketing

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree or currently studying Graphic Design, Advertising, Visual Communication, or related fields
Knowledge of email design best practices (size limits, rendering across email clients, accessibility)
Familiarity with producing visual content for WhatsApp
Proficiency in Figma or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
Strong organizational skills and attention to deadlines
Effective communication skills and teamwork
Previous experience with CRM, email marketing, or digital marketing is a plus
Practical experience with Klaviyo is a plus
Prior experience in the beauty industry is a plus
Knowledge of other CRM tools (RD Station, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign) is a plus
Basic copywriting skills to enhance visual assets is a plus
