About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage diaries for meetings and fieldwork services, ensuring seamless coordination.
Develop and execute project-related administrative tasks, including screeners, discussion guides, analysis planning, report setup and quality control, and project documents.
Oversee data review and management processes with precision.
Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to ensure project tasks are efficiently and accurately completed.
Provide mentorship, support, and training to Operations Executives.
Learn and utilise project management software to track and streamline project workflows.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Prior experience in a market research agency, with a proven track record with scheduling, fieldwork logistics, and delivering/reviewing materials across the project lifecycle.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects while maintaining exceptional quality and accuracy.
Ability to manage tasks for either qualitative or quantitative market research projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
